FREE DELIVERY

Roadside delivery with shipment tracking. Free shipping throughout Italy, except for areas with delivery difficulties, with a minimum order of €300.00 for furniture catalog items (appliances and electronics are excluded, unless otherwise specified by promotions). For areas with delivery difficulties, the minimum order is €600.00. The choice of courier is at our discretion based on the type of product purchased, in order to always ensure damage-free shipping. The optional appointment delivery service is available, where you can agree with the courier on the delivery day and time slot.

HOME DELIVERY

Available by appointment with shipment tracking. The price varies based on the volume of purchased goods and the floor of delivery. The choice of courier is at our discretion based on the type of product purchased, in order to always ensure a damage-free delivery.

DELIVERY WITH ASSEMBLY

The price varies based on the total value of the cart. Thanks to a network of qualified assemblers, the service is guaranteed throughout the national territory.

PICKUP FROM WAREHOUSE

Free pickup directly from our warehouse. By appointment, you will be contacted by our staff when the goods are available.
We also ship internationally, by selecting the destination country in the shopping cart, the system will automatically calculate the total cost for you. For countries not covered by the system, please contact us and we will find the best solution for your needs.

USEFUL INFORMATION

SHIPPING PREPARATION

To ensure the integrity of your products, all packages are opened and inspected by our representative who then reinforces the packaging before handing it over to the courier. Some products, to ensure their integrity, are placed on pallets and sealed. Always check that the outer film is intact.
We remind you that upon receipt of the package, it is MANDATORY to sign on the courier's delivery note with the wording: "Subject to Goods Inspection"! This way, any hidden damages during transportation can be disputed! In case of damage, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the goods, attaching photographic evidence of the damage and pictures of the packaging to your communication.

DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING

In the case of STANDARD or PRO delivery, the courier is not required to open the package for any reason. Therefore, the disposal of packaging is not carried out. However, in the case of PRO PLUS delivery, the courier will collect and dispose of the packaging. For more information on how to dispose of packaging, please refer to the detailed page.

STORAGE FEES

In the event that the order status changes to "ITEM IN STOCK" and the customer is not yet ready to receive it, they are required to inform us PROMPTLY, indicating when the shipment can be made. In that case, we will keep the goods in storage FREE OF CHARGE, as long as the notification is received BEFORE the shipment takes place.
In the event that nothing is reported by the customer prior to shipment, any storage costs incurred by the courier will be CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. This includes any storage costs due to missed delivery appointments.

SHIPPING TIMES

From the departure of the goods from our warehouses to your home, the delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected courier. The supply times for the goods, on the other hand, vary for each product and are expressly indicated on each product page, so they should be added to the shipping times. On average, the shipping times (from the warehouse to your home) are:
  • 2 / 3 working days for standard delivery (4/5 days for islands)
  • 3 / 4 working days for PRO delivery (5/6 days for islands)
  • 3 / 4 working days for PRO PLUS delivery (5/6 days for islands)
Attention: Some couriers used do not provide express service because they specialize in furniture transportation. We prefer to give greater attention to your products during delivery at the expense of speed.

AFTER-SALES

We offer all our customers a dedicated and personalized assistance service that can accompany them throughout the purchasing process, especially after the purchase. We take care of returns in case of transport or product-related issues, and we handle the collection and replacement of the furniture at our expense.
