ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER

In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the ordered items will be held until proof of payment is received, which must be sent via fax to the number 0831.983949 or via email to shop@abitarearreda.it, and must be made within 4 days from the date of order acceptance.

The shipment of the ordered items will be made only upon actual credit to the bank account of ABITAREARREDA Srl, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of order acceptance. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

The bank transfer must include the order number, which will be provided in the order confirmation email along with the bank details for the transfer.

CASH ON DELIVERY

In the case of cash on delivery purchases, a confirmatory deposit is required, clearly highlighted at the time of choosing the payment method, to be made by bank transfer or credit card. You will receive bank details and a payment link directly in the order confirmation.

Payment must be made to the courier exclusively in CASH (exact amount, no change will be given) if the order value does not exceed 990.00 Euro. For amounts exceeding 990.00 Euro, a deposit of 30% of the total must be made by bank transfer or credit card; the remaining 70%, up to a maximum of 990.00 €, can be paid directly upon delivery. If the balance is greater than 990.00 €, the required deposit will increase proportionally, bringing the amount to be paid upon delivery to 990.00 €.

The deposit and balance due are clearly indicated on the website during the ordering process.

In the case of special or highly customized products, our staff may require a telephone confirmation of the order.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT

Thanks to an agreement with Findomestic Banca Spa, you can pay for your purchases in convenient installments starting from a minimum of €200.00 up to a maximum of €10,000.00. The granting of financing and the completion of the order are subject to prior approval by Findomestic. The data is provided directly to Findomestic and will not be made available to ABITAREARREDA srl for any reason.
